I’ve been in and out of task managers and I’ve finally given Apple Reminders a good try. It’s has one show stopping problem though (for me), it’s macOS app. It doesn’t match the app on iOS and takes too many clicks to get tasks in and organised with due dates. I spend more time on my Mac now I’ve given up trying to make the iPad work so task management takes place on macOS a lot more.
I’m now looking for something else but glad I’ve at least given it a try.

Yeah, I think if you have Notion app on your phone it will do the notifications

Have you tried something like Notion? You can set task lists and reminders in it, and link it to the notes in Notion etc. Works on the web, and Notion app for iOS and Android.
