I’ve had my AirPods 2 for a few weeks now and wanted to write down some thoughts on what they are like vs the original version.

Overall I’m glad I upgraded, they are most used Apple device. I had to because my original pair stopped syncing and to replace them was more than a new pair of AirPods 2? (Yes, that’s what they quoted me in store). So it was unplanned but I would have done it sooner if I had tested them.

Here are the most noticeable improvements:

• Massive improvement in noise cancelling
• Improved bass
• Volume controls on the stem
• Better battery life
• Find my built into the case (like having an AirTag)

Unless you can get an original pair on the cheap I’d go with the newest generation.
