I’ve owned my Switch for 5 years now and it’s gotten to the point where it’s showing it’s age. Between the slow Wi-Fi, a store that’s so slow to navigate I give up, no access to other games (it would be the perfect device for Xbox cloud gaming) and joy-cons that always seem to start drifting after six months it’s time for Nintendo to launch an update.

At this point I wouldn’t recommend a switch to anyone.

I still use it for Minecraft or Mario Kart but I haven’t picked up a new game in years.

Joy-con drift aside I do like the hardware but it desperately needs updated Wi-Fi and a faster processor.
