I’ve started to get discouraged about the state of my creative projects, especially the blog. Traffic has fallen off a cliff and I’m struggling to justify keeping it. Especially when I compare myself to others. I think I’ve made the type of posts too random, treating it like social media rather than focusing on a niche might be my downfall. It’s a mix of personal feelings like this one mixed with the odd how to. No idea where I’m going with this right now so I’ll stop.

Personally I like it best when folks write whatever suits ‘em on their blog, treating it like their own journal of sorts.
Feel free to write about whatever comes to mind, pay no worries to traffic or following a specific formula.
Just keep writing as (and when) you like. It’s your blog. : )
