I’ve had a week off Twitter and I checked in again this week and I’m wondering what it’s being used for?

I see a lot of posts that skew towards the negative, be it sharing posts from others or complaining about services.

The people that I enjoy talking to are now in Slack or iMessage, I’m not really getting a lot in return for the negative effect on my mood.

I’m not here to comment on this really or to say you should take a break but to say that a week away from this has definitely helped my focus and mood.
