Removing distractions

I’ve done a restore of my iPhone recently and I’m purposely holding off putting all of my usual social media apps on there. I’ve installed Glass because it’s the only one that gives me joy but Reddit and Twitter are taking a break from my main device.

I’ve got a lot going on and projects I want to get into so I thought about the apps that distract me the most. I don’t scroll in when I’m in a queue or have time to think. I’m pretty good at not defaulting to social media these days but I do go down rabbit holes or let it have an effect on my mental health.

Let’s see how long it lasts but I’m trying to go back to being more intentional about my iPhone.
