My most worn watches of 2021

I’m a big fan of watches, everything from the brand history, the watches actual history, how they look and how they work – I have been since I was a kid in the 80’s wearing my favourite Casio. I’ve spent a lot of time this year wearing watches so wanted to share some of the ones that have gotten the most wrist time.

Casio F-91w

An absolute classic and bargain at less than £10. It takes a beating, can take water and has a nice and clear display. It does scratch and show it’s wear and tear (I personal like some patina on my stuff), the backlight isn’t great and the strap will break over time (I’m talking many years here) but it’s hard to argue that the Casio F-91w isn’t one of the best watches of all time.

G-SHOCK 5600

I’ve owned the G-SHOCK 5610 in the past but ended up returning it due to the comfort but with this limited run 5600 I love the colour, the style of face and the strap is softer than I had previously on a 5610 so I can wear it pretty much all of the time. It goes without saying you can do pretty much anything whilst wearing a G-SHOCK.

TAG Heuer Professional 200m

Probably the watch I’ve worn the most this year and the one I’ve owned the longest. I’ve been with it 22 years now and it means a lot to me, being bought as a present on leaving University. It’s been to a lot of places and events and is nice reminder of family, the past and what’s happened since.

How do you feel about watches?, what are some of your favourites?
