I’ve had the pleasure of testing this new app Fitness Totals and it’s been a great way to see metrics around my movement totalled up over time. It’s interesting to see how many steps you’ve taken daily and even more when you see how many steps you have done over a year! To be honest steps is all I track really, I like to make sure I’m getting up or going for a walk around the block to keep active. This app is all about managing your long terms fitness goals and is a good way to compare days, weeks, months and years.
It launches today on the App Store priced at $2.99, which I feel is worth it for an app that can help to motivate you.
