I do really like my Apple Watch but I’ve pulled back on its use over the last few weeks. I actually almost stopped using it (I’m not ready to talk about why just yet) but decided that the ability to see what I had next on my calendar was something that actually increased my anxiety.
So I simplified my use of it. I turned off all notifications apart from stand reminders (I work from home and need reminding) and phone calls.
I need to improve my fitness levels so thought I’d use it as something to help me in that area of my life. It’ll remind me to get up out of my chair and with the rings system I’ll try to keep a streak going.
